Mr. Chan has over 30 years of experience in overseeing mergers and acquisitions, accounting, financial and corporate management in listed companies. He holds a Bachelor degree in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from The University of Melbourne. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
